Five Dysfunctions of a Team Summary Paper

Students will read The Five Dysfunctions of a Team by Patrick Lencioni and write a summary of the book. The summary is three pages of text or less (excluding cover sheet and references), APA format, double spaced, and should summarize the text according to the five dysfunctions and how they are connected, what a team leader can do to prevent these dysfunctions form occurring, and one example of a team that they were a part of that did or did not exhibit these dysfunctions.
