The textbook for this course is Strategic Compensation: A Human Resource Management Approach (9th ed.) by Martocchio, J. J. (2017). Hoboken, NJ: Pearson. For the purpose of this assignment, imagine that you are employed as a compensation specialist by an organization.

You have been asked by your human resources (HR) director to develop a PowerPoint presentation for your corporation’s board of directors in which you will propose a compensation survey that will help to determine the organization’s pay structure. • In the presentation, explain to the board why a compensation survey is needed, how it will be conducted, and • How it will help determine a pay structure of your choice for the organization. The presentation must be at least 10 slides, not counting the title slide and reference slide(s). Cite and reference any sources used, including the textbook, using APA formatting.
