For BSHA students, knowing and achieving the programmatic student learning outcomes (PSLOs) is critical for a number of reasons. Firstly, achieving these outcomes is a requirement for graduation. While all of the BSHA programmatic student learning outcomes are important, I believe that the ability to analyze and interpret healthcare data is the most important for my future career success. In today’s healthcare industry, vast amounts of data are generated on a daily basis, and the ability to effectively analyze and interpret that data is critical for making informed decisions and improving patient outcomes. Without this skill, healthcare professionals may make decisions that are not based on evidence and data, which could lead to negative outcomes for their patients. Therefore, the ability to analyze and interpret healthcare data is crucial for success in a career in healthcare.
