You will identify the key problems / issues in the attached case. These issues have to be analyzed using relevant organizational behavior concepts and theories. Research at least 4 scholarly sources to strengthen the analysis. Based on the analysis, explore possible solutions and identify the best solution which is realistic. Devise an action plan to implement the solution.

Word Limit: 1500 – 1600 Words (excluding references).

CASE QUESTION:

Tampani offers employees competitive salaries as well as other benefits such as bonuses, stock options and furnished offices. Despite these efforts, there are signs that staff are de-motivated.

analytical narrative.

Strong analysis of the case using appropriate theoretical concepts and relevant scholarly readings. Supporting the analysis with relevant case instances.

Recommended Action Plan (40%):

Clear, practical and actionable motivation plan based on the problem analysis

Recommended action plan guided by suitable theoretical concepts

Using appropriate scholarly readings to support your recommendations

Style and presentation of the essay (10%):

Clearly written report with proper usage of language and grammar.

Proper Harvard referencing for in-text references and final reference list
