Using what you learned from the course and your independent reading this semester, prepare a 5-7 page reflection essay on why leadership is important in project management and how your skills and attributes would factor into your approach to leading projects.

Your essay should hit on the following items:

· What have you learned about the differences between management and leadership?

· What are the differences? Similarities?

· Why are both skill sets important?

· What makes an effective project leader?

· What skills and attributes do you possess that would make you a good project leader?

· What project management skills and attributes would you like to improve upon?

There is no right or wrong answer to these questions, but I want to see you develop your own narrative. It is important for each Project Manager to develop their own habits, thoughts, and ideas regarding leadership and its application within a team and/or organization.
