The initiative would also increase our earning potential as we will have the freedom to independently practice and provide quality healthcare to patients.
According to the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, APRNs in states with full practice authority have reported higher levels of job satisfaction and career autonomy, leading to greater job retention and increased access to care. Hence, this initiative will be a game-changer for APRNs. As we work towards unrestricted, independent APRN practice in all states, our practice will significantly improve, and we can deliver better healthcare services to patients across the country.
